'Bout de Vivre' by the Sea
Where the ocean sets the table
Waterfront fine dining in Port Glaud, where the tide arrives before the first course and the whole team calls this bay home.
The Arrival
A table Pierre Delplace built by hand, on a bay his family has always known
Pierre Delplace opened Del Place on a stretch of the Port Glaud coast he has known since childhood, choosing the site for the one thing no kitchen can invent: the way the light sits on this particular bay at six in the evening. The menu follows the same instinct, close to the water, close to the season, never further from Mahé than the boat that brought it in that morning.
Every seat at Del Place is set by a fully Seychellois team, from the grill to the dining room to the bar down on the sand. It is their island, their recipes, their grandmother's octopus curry on the menu tonight, and their welcome that guests remember longer than the view.

Events
Your evening, our table

Private dinners for a handful of guests, beachfront celebrations for a hundred, or the Family Sharing Menu laid down the middle of a long table for a group that wants to eat the way Pierre's own family eats. The team plans around the tide and the season, not a fixed package.
Tell us the occasion and the headcount, and we will build the evening around it, from the first cocktail on the sand to the last course under the stars.

About
A fully Seychellois team, on the bay they grew up beside
Del Place is owned and run by Pierre Delplace, and every seat behind the grill, in the dining room and down at Oh La La belongs to a Seychellois team who learned this coastline long before they learned to plate a snapper. That's the whole idea: local hands, local fish, a local welcome.
The kitchen keeps its own rhythm, lunch through the middle of the day, dinner as the light goes, every day of the week.
